Outside of work, Hayley enjoys spending time with her two miniature Dachshunds and has a passion for sewing, often creating her own outfits.
FUN FACT
Graduating with a Bachelor of Nursing in 2018, Hayley began her career in the hospital setting and developed a strong interest in surgical specialties. As a perioperative Clinical Nurse, she completed a Graduate Diploma of Perioperative Nursing at the University of Notre Dame and gained experience assisting in complex plastic procedures. This role required detailed knowledge of facial anatomy, tissue layers and surgical principles—skills that now inform her clinical practice in the aesthetic space.
Alongside her perioperative background, Hayley also has Critical Care training and works within the Surgical Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Perth Children’s Hospital. She holds a Graduate Certificate in Critical Care Nursing, graduating with the highest academic result in her cohort, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Cosmetic Nursing. Her combined experience across surgical, critical care and cosmetic settings allows her to approach aesthetic treatments with a strong focus on safety, clinical assessment and individualised planning.
Hayley has long held an interest in aesthetic medicine and enjoys the balance of technical skill and creativity within cosmetic nursing. She takes a holistic and considered approach to treatment planning, ensuring each client’s needs, preferences and goals guide their personalised care pathway.
