Dr Kate Jameson
Dr Kate Jameson is the Founder and Medical Director of Youth Lab.
Dr Kate established the first Youth Lab clinic in West Perth in 2018 with her husband Jon. She is a highly respected and accomplished General Practitioner and Cosmetic Physician, specialising in non-surgical aesthetics and skin rejuvenation. With a passion for aesthetic medicine and a commitment to providing exceptional client care, Dr Kate has established herself as a trusted expert in her field.
Dr Kate completed her medical degree at the University of Western Australia. She went on to pursue advanced training and fellowship in General Practice in 2015. She also holds a fellowship in Cosmetic Medicine with the Cosmetic Physician College of Australasia and the Australasian College of Aesthetic Medicine.
With extensive experience in cosmetic medicine, Dr Kate is known for her meticulous approach and attention to detail in delivering natural-looking and harmonious results for her clients. She believes in a personalised approach, taking the time to understand each client’s unique needs and goals, and developing customised treatment plans that are tailored to individual requirements. She is respected for her compassionate and empathetic bedside manner, making clients feel comfortable and confident throughout their treatment journey.
As the Medical Director of Youth Lab, Dr Kate leads a team of highly trained and skilled professionals in providing a wide range of advanced cosmetic treatments. She also founded the Clinivate Training Academy, mentoring and training the next generation of cosmetic nurses and doctors.
I am the mum of two beautiful little boys named Edison and Aston, as well as two fur babies, Sam and Saffron.

Since founding Youth Lab in 2018, the business has grown to 5 clinics in Western Australia, dominating the high end of the aesthetics market in Perth delivering services such as anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers. Dr Kate is also a 40 under 40 winner and Youth Lab was named as a state finalist in the Telstra Best of Business Awards for 2 years running.
In addition to her clinical practice, Dr Kate is passionate about client education and empowerment. She believes in providing comprehensive information and guidance to her clients, helping them make informed decisions about their cosmetic treatments and maintaining a healthy lifestyle for optimal skin health.
With her exceptional skills, unwavering commitment to safety, and client-centric approach, Dr Kate has become a leading authority in the field of cosmetic medicine, shaping the aesthetic industry and expertly guiding clients to achieve their aesthetic goals.
In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her husband Jon and their sons Edison and Aston, as well as fur babies, Sam the Pomeranian and Saffron the Australian Shepherd. She is a self-confessed “gym junkie” and loves nothing more than planning holidays and relaxing with a glass of wine and a good book.
