How often will I be charged for my ClubYL Membership?
Just one easy payment per year — definitely no monthly fees. ClubYL is one of the only cosmetic clinic memberships where you enjoy 12 months of uncapped benefits with one annual payment. You’ll be notified 45 days out from your membership renewing.
Does my Diamond10 or Platinum5 membership apply to packages and specials?
ClubYL discounts apply to all treatment packages meaning you can enjoy cumulative savings of up to 20%.
ClubYL discounts are not available on Youth Lab’s seasonal specials.
Do I get a complimentary treatment every time my ClubYL membership renews?
Yes! Each year, you’ll enjoy a complimentary treatment according to your specific membership inclusions.
Can I freeze my membership?
As ClubYL is one annual payment – no annoying monthly fees – you can enjoy uncapped savings during that time. ClubYL does not offer freezes within the 12 month membership period.
Please note that our previous Loyalty Points program has been retired with the introduction of ClubYL. Loyalty Points are no longer accrued. Existing loyalty points are valid for 12 months. Points may be redeemed in $50 increments.
